2)Send The Sample To The Customer and Final Price.
3)Follow-up Customer Response in the Sent Sample and Price Approval.
4)Follow-up Customer to Send Purchase Order.
5)Determine The Required Quantities Of Fabric & Accessories.
6)Make Purchase Order With Balances Of Fabric & Accessories After Review Store Stock.
7)Send Approval with Delivery Date to the Customer after Making Sure That the Supply of Raw Materials Prior to delivery Sufficient Time for Production and delivery on time.
8)Follow-up of Production & Operation after Making Sure That the Supply of Fabric & Accessories, Even Shipping is specified in The Promise.
9)Make Invoice & Packing.
10)Follow-up Customers Feed Back & Try To Push Him To Send New Orders.
C)Cost Control Duties :
Making Monthly Progress Reports to Clarify :
 Rate of change for sales volume and prices as well as the piece from last year.
 Rate of Expenses and Profitability and Compare It with Target.
 Rate of Labor and production efficiency and Compare It with Target.
 The Reasons for Deviation of actual sales than planned.
All Monthly Progress Reports are displayed for the owners of capital to stand on the Financial Position of the Company and Take Necessary Action to Correct Deviations
